As your buying scouts/agents (brokers), we charge a brokerage/commission of 3% (+GST) of the worth/actual purchase price of the property . Our services are only to properties of estimate value 5cr and above:
We take at least 1% of the tentative property value upfront before commencing our work for the client. This is non-refundable.
1% after selection of property on the same moment soon after the token amount towards purchase is paid by the buyer to the seller, or at least a day before the registration/title transfer process , whichever is earlier.
And the balance 1% on the same moment soon after the registration/title transfer document signatures
